MDI ADMIN commands from PathPilot v1.9.7 python/ui_common.py

The MDI window will accept 'ADMIN' and 'PY' commands in addition
to the normal G and related commands.

'ADMIN' folowed by one or more arguments can adjust some PC and
PathPilot settings.

'PY' followed by a python command window will execute that command

			 				or may not return)
