Remote control setup

What is left from mach3 "histrory" not used on my machine is simple remote control on usb.
As I am not very experienced in Linux, so lets say for a start, is there a way to map keystrokes (arrow keys) and feed rate from this device?

What should be correct name to put after -KRAL ?

I tried some combinations, but causing error on startup emc2 like:

If you unplug the pendant and re-run the command, which device disappears? It could get tricky if that pendant has exactly the same USB name as your real keyboard.

If I unplug it, that HID device disappears, so I guess that is the right recognition of it...
