Hi All,
I run a spire program with successive G1 command and the machines moves very slow always,eg,my setting speed is 6000mm/min,but the actual speed only 900-1200mm/min.I run the same program with the other controller,the machine moves smoothly and rapidly according to expection.Can anybody help me ?Thanks

Hello,
There is a recent discussion on the forum of a similar nature. You might want to look at that. Sorry I forgot exactly where it is.
Do your rapid moves work at the correct speed?
A couple things to check.
Are the moves extremely short? Are you using G64? Do you have the feed override set at 100%. Also look at your acceleration rates if the moves are short and the acceleration is long .
