i did, as i change the dpi, all window and desktop fonts got smaller.
had axis opened and just the title bar changed.none of the buttons.

i try to open a separate pyvcp(emc closed) by using
pyvcp MyVCP.xml i a terminal.(used pyvcp -c mypanel MyVCP.xml as well)
and get error;
RTAPI: ERROR: could not open shared memory (errno=2)
HAL: ERROR: rtapi init failed
Error: Multiple components with the same name.
is there another command i can't find ?

From the manual:

So to load your pyvcp panel use:

loadusr pyvcp mypanel.xml
So to load your pyvcp panel use:
loadusr pyvcp MyVCP.xml

i tried that and loadusr -Wn mypanel pyvcp -g 250x500+800+0 -c mypanel mypanel.xml (with my file name)
and i get loadusr; command not found

Well seems like that is only part of the command, you have to have hal up and running first
