is normal. vibration, overheating. at the beginning of the configuration of the servomotor

No!
if its oscillating you need to lower P until it stops oscillating

If lowering P does not make it stop oscillating you need to
tune the velocity loop of the servo drive.

Peter,

I think understand my problem.

in my servo on two LEDs, yellow, I thought everything OK.

but really not.

leds, 424 and 101 indicate the fault on ('2 t monitoring)

the manual says:

the ยก2t limiting circuits protects the chopper transistor against thermal overload. The circuit was matched at the factory to the power module. Its application is where the motor is repeatedly driven into the current range between "nominal and continous" and the "absolute maximun"

When this monitoring circuits is activated, current limiting is automatically reduced. A yellow Led (424) on the associated axis board (N1-N4) alerts this overload condition.

a "L" signal is issued at terminals x33:5 and 33:1 before current limits are reduced.

I had fallen into account that could move the servomotor shaft even when I was energized. for so the vibration and oscillation.

Also when in jog + moves counterclockwise and (jog) - moves clockwise.

how I can fix this?

output scale = -10
encoder scale = -10000

always negative?

encoder problem?

thanks for all!!!

The fault is because of the oscillation, as I said before you must reduce your P gain until the oscillation stops!

peter,

Friend and solve the problem of the alarm.

as useful by another is presented that did:

disconnect all
then only energize the servo and servomotors
off
connect signal encoder and 0 +-10volts.
worked OK.

thanks
