does someone know in what kind of way I can change in the german axis Kühlung: > Fräsaggregat ; Kühlnebel > Fräse1 and Kühlmittel > Fräse2 ?

You should be able to edit the de.po file. (Which is where the translations are).
I don't know if that requires recompilation.

Hallo Hans,
if you have downloaded the source code, the file is
~/linuxcnc-dev/src/po/de.po
after compiling the file is
/usr/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/linuxcnc.mo
but you can not edit this file directly

It looks like poedit can edit a .po and make a .mo, and optionally decompile the .mo to a .mo
