I am designing a 5 axis CNC, a mill.

I have planned 7i76e as the main board.

But 48 I/O (32 input+16 output) in 7i76e is not sufficient. I need another another 35~40 inputs mostly digital and 3~4 analog for spindle/feed/ jog speed.

What are the better options with less cost in MESA?

Moved to "driver boards".
For 48 inputs you ca wire a Mesa 7i70 directly to Mesa 7i76E SSerial port.
There are other options with other Mesa boards and they might require flashing the firmware, while the above works as is.

Question1: Does 7i70 able to receive analog input?
Question2: what are other options with 25 pin expansion ports?

1 Yes on only 4 inputs at very low resolution.
2 7i74 and any of these, 8 in total plus the one connected to 7i76E:
7i70 - 48 inputs
7i71 - 48 sourcing outputs
7i72 - 48 sinking outputs
7i84 - 32 inputs and 16 outputs sourcing
There might be other options, these are just what i used the first time and any time after that.
edit
7i76E should also do 4 analog inputs at very low resolution when set in mode 2

If all your inputs are for the HMI, then there is also the 7i73 which is designed for that.
For the overrides, you probably would be better off using digital MPG's The 7i76e supports two. THe 7i73 has several (maybe 4)
