I am getting an error code when loading up LinuxCNC. I have the mesa boards installed. Error code: ' /usr/realtime-3.4.55-rtai-2/modules/linuxcnc/hm2_7i43.ko' : -1 Input/output error. could someone help me troubleshoot the error?

I already tried some troubleshooting.

I had all the boards tested, I tested the Ribbon cables.

I saw that in the BIOS it wasn't in EPP mode, i switched that over. I still get the error after changing it. Do i need to reset anything in the program?

Anyone have any ideas?

If you power cycle the 7I43 before running LinuxCNC, does the red DONE LED illuminate?

I ask because its not illuminated in your picturem and I would expect it to be illuminated
if LinucCNC failed to program the FPGA

Actually the 7I43 will work with RTAI  (PCI/PCIE cards will as well)
