I have a 7i76 spindle out connected to a vfd.
pin1 < 0
pin2 > vfd
pin3 < 10v

I can only get 7.1 vout pin2 7i76 TB4 at 24000, should be 10
The spindle is turning slowly which is a vfd issue I have to figure out but would like to fix the scaling issue first.

Maybe I messed up config but I have same config running on another customers machine and it is working.

INI:

I used the same config on this machine that I fixed from that thread. But your correct, when you get up in numbers memory does fade....

The hal/ini look ok

Did you check that TB5 PIN 3 is at 10V when 24000 RPM is selected?
(sometimes the few mA that the 7I76 spindle circuit draws is enough to make the VFD supply droop)

I even disconnected pin2 and it still only went to 7volts wait, you mean TB4 pin3?
