questions about homing and other things

hi guys i have build my first cnc i use a st-v3 breakout board, and 3 Axis TB6560 with nema 23 motor,
i connect a limit switch normally close .
1. Question. when push a switch the red light in board turn off , is correct ?
2. question when run a setup wizzard set, mm , geko 540 and after 2 window set pin input 10 estop 11 home + both limit X etc.. for
is corect ?
3 question when arrive in wizard at test axis click in jog and click in limit switch but not stop a motor , is correct ???
4 when is finish configuration i try to test a cnc , open a program created (link created in desktop ) and push turn on , before start i
must do a homing , i push it , start to home , but cnc not move and motor not start ..... why ??? anyone have ideaa
5 is possible not usi limit switch and setup dimention of cnc , what's the difference' ?
my cnc is classical cnc switch limit in start and and of Axys X Y , and one switch in top of axys Z , the dimention of cnc is :253 cm X 87 cm 99,6063 inch x 34,252 inch
and Z is 34 cm 18,38 inch

i set g540 but i can set also other , when i try to jog work the same this is my board where is pin 16 ???
