Problem with pncconf with 7I76E was created by acourtjester
I am just starting out with Linux CNC, I have installed mint 20.1 Ulyssa. I have run pncconf as I have a 7I76E card, the network has been setup and that part seems to work. I get all the way through pncconf and it creates an Icon on the desktop, but when I click on it I get an error here is a copy of the error file. I does built a ini and hal file and I can look at them but no executable file is created.

Thanks for the reply, I reloaded with Debian in place of mint and loaded the Kerrel and advanced network manager. now can open LinuxCNC as it should, I will upgrade to 2.9 soon.
