Garbled / broken display when running Installer - 2.8.4 / 2.9.1 - Live CD Works

Hi,
  I am getting garbled / broken display as soon as i try to use either install / graphical install. Some images are given below. It doesnt break in any other options that i use.

  It boots to the live cd for both versions as well and the diplay is good there, where it does have some broken screens on the way there. 

  I have tried versions 2.8.4 & 2.9.1.

  PC Configuration
  MB - MSI A320M-A PRO AMD PCIe 3.0 DDR4  (HDMI & DVI Output Only)
  Processor - AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with RadeonVega 8 Graphics Desktop Processor 4 Cores
  SSD - Crucial BX500 240GB 
  RAM - 8GB DDR4 3200
  Monitors - HDMI Only - 20 inch & 24 Inch - Same issue on both monitors.

It was resolved with a BIOS update.
