Hi

I'm new, working on this machine, above all i have not any manual to get orientation about the electrical on this model

Cincinnati Milacron 20 V 5-AXIS BRIDGE TYPE VERTICAL PROFILER WITH ACROMATIC A950

So, if you have a manual to send me or sell me please will be helpfully.

The alarms codes was showed in screen is following.

ALERT CODE 18189 - MOTOR OVERLOAD SCAVENGER
ALERT CODE 03169 - ? AXIS END PT RANGE LIMIT

Last error seems like one of the axis is on a limit switch.
No idea what a scavenger does on a motor.
Not much info on the net, this is all i could find:

Do you have a scavenger pump on the head to pull lube oil out of the head? Normally a small gear pump to avoid the head filling with oil.

Large mills tend to use hydraulic oil for gearbox lube. Fed from the hydraulic pump through distributor blocks. Failure to remove the oil is obvious in an hour or two.
