Howto include HB04

Hello!

I am new to linuxcnc and don't have any experience with linux at all.
I have some problems with getting my HB04 to work.
I have included the following lines into my ini file:

HALUI = halui
HALFILE = F1210_3-Achsen.hal
HALFILE = custom.hal
POSTGUI_HALFILE = postgui_call_list.hal
SHUTDOWN = shutdown.hal
HALFILE = xhc-hb04.tcl

[XHC_HB04_CONFIG]
layout = 2
coords = x y z
coefs = 1 1 1 1
scales = 1 1 1 1
threadname = servo-thread
sequence = 1
jogmode = normal
require_pendant = yes
inch_or_mm = mm

[XHC_HB04_BUTTONS]
stop = halui.program.stop
goto-zero = halui.mdi-command-00
step = xhc-hb04.stepsize-up
rewind = halui.program.step

mode = ""

But i always get error messages.
Is there a way to include the HB04 so that in doesn't get removed when i run the pncconf wizzard?

What do the error messages say? The folk who write the error messages do try to make them tell you what the problem is. (unless it is an error they failed to imagine, that happens)

find attached an ini file with the correct entrys
make sure you have all the xhc-04 files with your config , the file i have attached is in metric , but this is easy to change
if you need to
