I'm trying get 5 axis kinematics working (5axiskins). After homing, switching to world mode, and attempting to jog in B or C, linuxcnc errors:

joint 4 following error or joint 5 following error

Can someone share a .hal & .ini file example that uses real hardware rather than simulated that I can look over?
Or, what is wrong with my hal/ini file?

It seems you are using an older version of Linuxcnc, it is much better if you use the 2.8 or 2.9 version as it has joint/axis implementation meaning it can have multiple joints for the same axis.
And you have f-errors set for inches on some axis in the ini file, that will not work for metrics that the machine is set to use in that same file.

Hi if you use the xyzac-trt-kins
you need to HOME all axis to ZERO as spezial the ROT A/C B/C
so your INI Saying
HOME=0
HOME_OFFSET = 410.783

Only Z shoudt be at MAX pos
all others shoudt home towards the Rotation point BEST praxis i got
PLEASE Upload the INI and HAL File to get more infos
