haas panel to controlle mesa board

hello guys
i got a par of these Haas panels 
is it possible to set it up and running linuxcnc ?

I found the panel controller board, than communicate rs232 whit 4 pins rj11,  

In theory you could pass the serial data into a Mesa UART or the PC motherboard serial port and parse the data there.

It might be simpler to just wire the controls and keyboard matrix to a Mesa 7i73.

Have you logged any of the serial data stream?

yes i have logged on data , but it seems that it's encrypted , speed is 38400,
and to get the data to flow,  i have to type something random many times
yes it was my option B.

Do you see any consistent pattern when you press particular keys?

Does anything correlate to: github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/in.../input-event-codes.h
(probably a bit too much to hope for)
