I am new to LinuxCNC and am unsure on how to set up for servo motors. Is there anyone in here that can help me with setting up the configuration for the Servos?

We need a lot more info.
What version of linuxcnc
What type of servo drives
What type of interface board
Do you have the motors moving with linuxcnc?
Do you still need to wire it?

Version of Linux 2.7.14
Servos Drives: A & Y are FX-455 Emerson and X & Z are DX-455 Emerson
Interface Board: The only thing I see in on the board is Spartan-6
I haven't gotten past the configuration page.
No I don't need to wire it still.

Here are some pictures of the panel.

Looks like it was already retrofitted for Mach3/4

( The card with the Spartan6 is a "Ethernet SmoothStepper", a Mach interface card )

The drives accept step/dir

So you would need to buy a card to replace the smoothstepper interface.
Linuxcnc does not support it.

Or, pragmatically, run it from Mach3. If it is already retrofitted this will be the easier approach.

You can run these drives in velocity mode also.

Or was it that someone "attempted" a Mach3 retrofit? It looks like there is very little actually connected to the Smoothstepper board (step/dir signals for maybe 3 axis plus one other wire) and the A axis does not look connected at all. I'm sure something better could be arranged. Looks like it is going to be a from scratch installation, because all of the original wiring and the useful information that could of been gleaned from it, has already been excised from the machine.

Good luck looks like a big job.

You may need to research what it takes to set/program the servo drives. This may require software from the manufacture and a means to interface a PC (not necessarily the control PC) with the drives. Once the drives are configured and tuned, they should be capable of being used with step/dir signals or an analog velocity command. Which you choose is personal preference. Analog has a little more expensive hardware interface requirements and requires position feedback to Linuxcnc.

I have to agree with Todd, noticed that when the pictures were uploaded but refrained from commenting.
It reminded me of a lot of those "retrofits" i have seen, but at least yours is cleaner.
Just take it step by step, start from the drives or even better from the power supply and check everything. There are way to many wires missing there.
It might take some time and a lot of reading, but it can be done.
