You probably need a pull-up to your P15 terminal, but the first thing to do is to check the voltage at P15 with a multimeter.

OK, you didn't show that in your diagram.
First of all, you need to get a voltage swing at the terminal measurable with a voltmeter.

I measured P10 P11 P12 P13 and P15 against GND. Result: All terminals (excluding P10, emergency kill switch) have 24V potential to gnd which drops to 0,07V when switch is closed.
Except from P10. This always has 0.00V potential

attach your config folder as a archive to this thread
those boards work fine with proximity switches ,
your connecting npn proximity switches yes ?
try inverting the input pin
the proximity sensor usually have 3 wires
black = input pin of bob
brown + 5v >+24v
blue = ground
what is the model of proximity switch ?

yes, NPN NO switches
I don't know if config helps, because the port check programme already says there is no input signal
And the programme def. works (I tested this via a wire with the paraport cable attached to my mobo. It when I connect f.e. p10 with p25 (gnd) I get a red dot for p10 in the programme)
proximity switch (Make is huchoo ?) model : CHE12-4NA-A710
I hope it is ok to post this link:

24V might have burned out the opto-isolator chip. The pull-up should be to 5V, not 24V.
Try wiring _just_ the proximity switch to 0V, 5V and 24V and you should be able to make the black wire change from 0V to 5V as the sensor moves away from the target.

use hal configuration in axis , to test the pin input
it may only need the pin inverting
they work fine in linuxcnc
failing that post your full config

I now attach my config files. I try if proximity switch works with 5V.
I get the feeling I fried the BOB with my 24V . Though it has a 12V-24V Input specification. Or this is another translation mistake by the Chinese manufacturer

I can't use the proximity switches with 5V. I tested it and they start working at 12V. When I apply 5V a) the led won't light up and b) it won't switch from 5V to 0
I probably smoked the opto isolators, because I can't measure any potential drop at my added 2,2kOhm resistances (to be precise, when I measure the voltage in parallel to the resistance, there is a 0.00V on my multimeter). This might be the reason
