Possible to shift ALL Z coordinates in a txt file? was created by 777funk

I'd like to use GEdit to shift all Z coordinates down or up at times. Is it possible to do this?

i.e. I'd like to lower the depth of cut by say .020" so I'd subract .020 from ALL Z numbers. Any tools/addons to do this?
