Awesome, thanks for your work on this! How do I go about updating in order to get this fix? Should I wait till it is in a mainstream release?

It has just been released into the 2.9 version of LinuxCNC, and is being built by the buildbots. So you could use of the buildbot builds.
buildbot.linuxcnc.org
Which version of LinuxCNC are you using? Are you in the habit of compiling from source?

I am using 2.9.
I have never compiled from source but am not afraid of learning the process. I usually take the easy path and stick with stuff that I can just install because of limited time. However, this bug has been giving me trouble and would be worth learning to compile from source in order to fix it.

In that case you should be able to just update and get this fix, assuming it's from a Buildbot .deb.I am using 2.9.

I just installed it in debian bookworm via apt. I don't know if that means it is through buildbot. I assume no because linuxcnc does not appear in the upgradable list after an apt update.

The most recent bookworm package dates from 2023 02 08. So you won't get the fix that way.
However, if you download and install this .deb file then you will get the fix.

If you include the X axis in your G93 line, your issue will go away.
If you have a G93 post for fusion 360, I would be keen to see it?

The post I am using for my 4 axis work is not a dedicated Linuxcnc post, it just happens to work. It was originally written for Mach4. It is a 3 axis post from Avid CNC that I modified to work with 4 axis by following a guide from Autodesk. You can find the base post here:
www.avidcnc.com/support/instructions/software/downloads/fusion/
Here is the guide I followed:
www.autodesk.com/support/technical/artic...r-5-axis-motion.html
It already had inverse time built in. I then use NC passthrough to manage the G64 P# values that I want. I have been looking everywhere for a native Linuxcnc fusion 360 post with G93 implemented.
