Axis real system emulation was created by kevin19
Hello, as I don't have the 6i25 mesa card and the gecko driver 214V with me, I would like to create a virtual machine(like Axis) to just emulate the real system and see how it works with the 4 XYZZ axis and the whb04 pendant in linuxcnc 2.9. I would like to know how to do it. I did the pncconfig and I am attaching the ''hal'' and ''ini'' file to this message. And when I launch the file after the pnc configuration, I get the following error message put in attachment.

I am pretty sure i have seen the same question today on this forum, but not sure if it was the same person, so please stop double or triple posting the same things.
Use stepconf to create a simulated machine config, on the second page there is a selector for exactly that use.

There is no simulated config available for Mesa products.
As Tommy said you can build a simulated custom config with stepconf or just use a sample config.

Never did it, but i think it should be possible to have a .comp file with all the pin names.
Or not?
