motion.motion−type and toolchange solved

This time i have a question, about motion.motion-type.
On my sidepanel i can display a symbol for current motion, also for toolchange.

What is required in hal to get motion.motion-type containing value 4 (for Toolchange)?

I do recall someone else mentioning something similar on this forum, leme use my google-fu
