New HAL component

I have created a HAL component that doesn't exist in the current library. Who do I talk to , to get it included? It is a 3 input AND gate.

Am i correct in thinking that more inputs can be added ?
Thinking of it, it should be possible to add output and inverted output......thinking a bit more i can not find any use for them, so i'll shut up now.

I suspect it may not be approved because the same function
(and all functions of up to 5 inputs) can be done with the lut5 component

logic component does AND, NAND, XOR etc ... logic gates with 16 or more Inputs.

OK, just thought I would offer it. I have a use for it and I didn't think that using a more complex logic function for something so simple made sense. After all, there are already 2 input AND and OR gates. But, they're really only software algorithms so it's not like wasting silicon. Happy New Year.
