Add Axis

hi...new user here...trying to add an axis..copied/pasted /edited...still something not right....not sure what I am doing wrong..

Hi...I copied a working axis as far as being able to jog with no error...but when I jog new axis (U)...I get Joint follow error...not sure what I am doing wrong...I tried to switch pins to another working axis and still had problem with U...other axis still worked after switch pin...??

One way to debug this is to widen the following error limits
and then plot the commanded and feedback joint positions
with halscope.

So I am new to lcnc...will have to learn halscope...in the meantime out of curiosity...what is the actual feedback looked for that results in error when not found?...

Yes, you are missing the:

addf pid.u.do-pid-calcs servo-thread

so the "U" PID pins are there but they are  not functioning

What a relief!! So in terms of unreliable hardware...its me!!
