Try googling for the drive models, there is an astonishing amount of stuff out there.

I think part of your problem finding any info, is that part number isn't the part number for the servo drive, it is one component of the servo drive. I think the sticker with the drive part number should be somewhere on the side of the metal frame that that board is mounted to, and should start with A06B-.

Just got the machine back from a friends lock up so I have finally been able to check the motor drives. They are A06B 6058-H002.
I still cant find much info, some seem to run off 240v and just use the second phase to boost the power when needed.
So if they can run off 240v is it a simple case of tapping into the 10v control line?

It might be that simple. You can experiment with a 1.5V battery.

Spent a bit of time on this again today and it does look like the AC servo drives are 240V but they still need a 3 phase supply.
Looking at similar manuals the drive should have a 3 phase supply for the power to feed the motor and a single phase contol feed that can be linked to the Estop.
I think the rest of the machine can easily be rewired for single phase but the servo drives could be the stumbling block. are these drives like a vfd and can take a single phase supply but needs to be derated?
Ive also noticed that the encoders go to a separate controller so not sure if it is possible to hack into the contol side.

I don't know anything about your drives, but many I've worked with also have the option of connecting to a DC bus.
