Happy new year!
I have a mesa 5i24 but mobo does not have pci port
Can i use something like that ?

It should work

In fact most newer motherboards with PCI slots have similar PCIE --> PCI bridges
on the motherboard since newer chipsets dont have native PCI support

You could just buy a 6i24 and keep the 5i24 for the next project.
