does mesa 5i25 work good with PCIe-PCI addapter?

Since PCI interface is removing from new motherboards, i'm thinking to use addapter to convert PCIe to PCI, does this way have any issue or not?

There was a user here who did that and it worked.

Do you already have the 5i25?
Otherwise, get the 6i25 instead.
