Hey together,
I set up my Mesa Card accordingly to this how-to here forum.linuxcnc.org/27-driver-boards/3559...ethernet-mesa-boards

However I have still wired issues with reaching some websites (linuxcnc.org) while others work perfectly fine (LinuxCNC Forum, Google)

The checkbox of "Use this connection only for resources on its network" is enabled.

Someone has a clue what could be the issue here?

All the best
Fritz

Not an issue on your end, LinuxCNC site might be under maintenance or something, so if everything else works you're good.

I'm having a problem with this also. I can use the internet until I start the 7i76, after that I have to restart the system for Internet.

Are you using wicd?

Its known to cause issues with multiple connections

I'm on 2.9.0 I don't know if I'm using wicd.
I did not notice the Wi-Fi, I'm running 2 Ethernet cards. I gave up on Wi-Fi at 2.7.

If you started with the standard 2.8.0 ISO you will have WICD installed
It needs to be replaced with Network Manager as WICD breaks configurations with multiple interfaces

I'm running Network Manager. While I did the test I tested at the same time on another system, so I assume it should not be related to maintenance.

The output of ip a looks as following:
Code:
1: lo: <LOOPBACK,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 65536 qdisc noqueue state UNKNOWN group default qlen 1000     link/loopback 00:00:00:00:00:00 brd 00:00:00:00:00:00     inet 127.0.0.1/8 scope host lo        valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever     inet6 ::1/128 scope host        valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever 2: eno1: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc pfifo_fast state UP group default qlen 1000     link/ether 00:23:24:7c:26:7d brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff     inet 10.10.10.11/24 brd 10.10.10.255 scope global eno1        valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever 3: wlx00c0ca649806: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc mq state UP group default qlen 1000     link/ether 00:c0:ca:64:98:06 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff     inet 192.168.178.60/24 brd 192.168.178.255 scope global noprefixroute wlx00c0ca649806        valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever     inet6 2003:c6:371a:7e00:6511:37a1:5c6b:762b/64 scope global dynamic noprefixroute        valid_lft 7190sec preferred_lft 1790sec     inet6 fe80::d8e8:204d:6d51:4803/64 scope link noprefixroute        valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever

That actually looks OK, I would guess the problem is elsewhere
