Help connecting to mesa 7c80 card

For future reference, the first line did not work, but the second line did work, so just replacing "readhmid" with "write" plus filename should also work.

I think I see where the issue with "-spi" is coming from.  Spotted this in an old version of the 7C80 manual floating around the 'net.  Just checked the current manual, and it's still there.  Oops.

I'll fix that, but also

mesaflash --help

Is a better source of current command line syntax
