Intel is fine but you must set a driver parameter for Intel MACs
The is most easily done in the interfaces file:
auto eno1
iface eno1 inet static
address 10.10.10.100
hardware-irq-coalesce-rx-usecs 0
You can test this by hand with your existing network setup by:
sudo ethtool -C eno1 rx-usecs 0
and then running your ping test again.
(This setting will be lost when you reboot, which is why it belongs in the interfaces file)

Now the ping is ok?

Start to conect hardware and have problem. I connect one mpg to encoder input in 7i85 but dont see any change in linuxcnc.Another cuestion in halmeter or show pin in Halrun. I have only A, B and Index but I have linear scales rs-422

Note that the encoders will be numbered
7I76 ENC ENC0
7I85S ENC0 ENC2
7I85S ENC1 ENC3
7I85S ENC2 ENC4
7I85S ENC3 ENC5
Also you must jumper the 7I76 and 7I85S to suit the encoder type
(TTL=Single ended or RS-422=Differential)
Also to see changes in the encoders you will need to run LinuxCNC
(if done with halcmd you must setup a thread, start it and addf the hm2_read function to that thread)

7I85S ENC0 ENC2
7I85S ENC1 ENC3

I go to using only encoders inputs from 7i85S.
The jumpers I put in correct position.
0 rs-422 jumpers all down
1 rs-422 jumpers all down
2 ttl for spindle encoder jumpers all up
To see changes I looking in linuxcnc halmeter.
You write 7I85S ENC0 ENC2 but I dont now what doing with this in hal...

Encoder 0 on the 7I85S is encoder 2 in hal
So if you connect to 7I85S TB3 pins 1 through 8 (7I85S ENC0)
This is encoder 2 in hal
Also you must make sure the 7I85S has 5V power:
7I85S W3 UP
7I92 W3 UP
7I85S connected to 7I92 P1 (inboard connector)

There is nothing in your hal file connecting the encoder position
or count pins to LinuxCNC so I would not expect any motion

I do the change and now see moving axis.
For today one more problem.
In halmeter still see only A,B and index. For change this is only jumpers or something in hal file?
