My on board VGA port not working while mesa PCI card is installed in pci port

Hello everyone greetings!!!!
My on board VGA port not working while mesa PCI 5i25-25 card is installed in pci port when remove it vga port gives signal. is mine card is dead or mother board damaged ? It was working perfectly but when I plug some connector to 7i52 it have pulled some 5i24 legs from pci slot.

Just wanted to reply with some testing ides and saw it is already solved.
How? What? Why? When?

Well i reset CMOS battery and cleared ram as mentioned in mother board manual.

But still your idea is worthy for me you could share it.

Probably they were both using the same IRQ.
Setting IRQ's to manual in BIOS usually fixes that.

Thanks for sharing i will keep.in.mind if it happens again I would like to go with IRQ method.
