or are there any other options.
I have seen somwhere here on forum, that it is possible to use NVEM cnc cards.
Is it true?

Yes, NVEM CNC controllers (with modified firmware) can be used with LinuxCNC.
If you need step/dir plus multiple high speed encoders (like the 7I95 has), the NVEM is probably not a good choice.
7I95Ts should be available in about 2 months and there may be protos available this month
If you need multiple encoders now, one option is a 7I96S+7I85S
( 4 additional encoders) or 7I96S+7I89 (8 additional encoders)

Thanks for quick answer.
I would like to use it with 4 delta servo drives (one dual axis).
I'm just not sure, if its better to use step/dir with closed loop in servo drive, or analog + encoder with closed loop in linuxcnc. (if I understand it correctly).
What would you suggest?
Thank you very much

LinuxCNC cam also do step/dir with encoder feedback, so the loop can be closed in drives and LinuxCNC.
If you got them as a set, they usually come set up, so it is easier to use step/dir withot feedback.
You can add feedback later, after you get more comfortable with LinuxCNC.
