Hello.  After incorrect firmware loading all three LEDs on the board light up and mesaflash not found board. I try jtag flash. The firmware is uploaded successfully and light up only yellow power led. Mesaflash found board, but when I try to write a bit file an error occurs: Error: BootSector is invalid.
--fixbootblock doesn't help. What shoud i do to wrtie bit file in EEPROM?

Does the alternate EEPROM still have a valid image?
(that say mesaflash --readhmid works with)

No it does not.  After unsucsessful firmwareI  I tried to boot from the second EEPROM (W3 in the low position). But Mesaflash not founded 7i90 and 2 leds glowed ( power and int ) opposit to 3 in first case.

Did you try writing one of the standard supplied EPP bit files?

Hard to tell if this is a EPP interface issue or maybe a Mesaflash problem

Can you try:

Power up on alternate EEPROM (which should have a valid boot sector)

program FPGA via JTAG (NOT FLASH!)

Then try mesaflash again to write a standard EPP bitfile

If this does not work, a temporary workaround (if you are building you own firmware)
would be to write the flash via JTAG

Sorry, took a while to check this out as I did not have a working
test system with a EPP parallel port and Mesaflash/LinuxCNC.

Unfortunately, I am unable to duplicate the issue.

What I did was take a 7I90HD and corrupt the S EEPROM so the boot block was broken
then booted from the P EEPROM , reselected the S EEPROM and attempted to update
The S EEPROM via mesaflash:

Attachment not found

So it still may be a host EPP issue of some kind.

Test system: LinuxCNC 2.9.4 mesaflash 3.4.9
Hardware: HP Elite 8200 SFF with on board parallel port
