Problem with pendant

Hello!

I just buy a MPG and ... i plan to work on mach3. But after some time i decided to use LinuxCNC.
So my MPG is for mach3 (seller say that).
My question: is there anyway i can use that MPG on LinuxCNC and if answer is YES, how?

It will probably work to an extent. It might even be compatible with one of the existing drivers (XHC_HB04, XHC-HB06).

I would try plugging it in and using the hal_input component to see what can be seen in HAL.

Hey. Thank you for the information, but i can't rly understand that "HAL". Is there any guide for newbi's like me?

Start off slowly by reading the docs, the devs put a lot of effort into them.

There is some simple examples you can work through. Basically HAL is just a way to connect things together, each HAL component can be though of as a black box with inputs & outputs.

Hey. Thank you, but i don't wanna learn everything about that from the beggining. I Just wanna use my MPG. I can't understand everything it's not neccecery. I build my own machine with alot of automatic things and good machanic. But is better for me to pay to someone to make my MPG work then i spend alot of time in something i don't understand.
