Have you tried the "EMC - Generic Enhanced machine Controller" Post? That was the old name for LinuxCNC.
I just tried it, and got no output, but perhaps didn't have things set up correctly.
That PP certainly works well for milling.

There's no point in trying a milling PP for turning...

I see your point, and it doesn't work
One option might be to configure for Fanuc-style toolchanges (there is a sim config that demonstrates that) and use the Fanuc-turrning post-processor.
It is possible to edit post-processors in Inventor, but I am not sure if you can in Fusion.

It looks like you can, I have found them on my Mac. Not tried editing one yet, though.

To be honest I wouldn't know how to edit it, surely there's one out there. I can't be the only one wanting to use this combination.

There is one here:http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/post-processors/turning-post-for-linuxcnc/td-p/6086399
But I will try to sort out an "official" one with Autodesk

You can edit the post in the post window, pick configuration and it will open the .cps file in their editor. You can save it back to the cloud or in a seperate folder on your computer.
