Good evening,
I am trying to run the program attached in my 3 axis mill. The program loads into the computer fine, and shows the tool paths on the screen. I then touch off each tool to my known location on top of my vice for the g43 height offsets. I then touch off on my work piece XYZ and set my g54 Z height with the first tool of the program (t1).
With tool at the .100" G54 touch off height, I hit cycle start, and an error will pop up saying move on joint 2 (z axis) will exceed its positive limit. And the move is G53 Z0 a few lines in. Its the very first g53 move.
I am using this Spangled (sp?) guys post processor off of this website. Any insight on what I could be doing wrong would be lovely.
