I make on my cnc with help of home sensors and configs of homing velocity. When homing applied, it make home coorinate using also previously set G54 offset, and home coordinate is not 0 but some value.
How to make it always 0? In config file I use "HOME=0"

I've anderstood. Home coordinates are not zero, because I'm in G54 subsystem. If I use movement in G53 (machine coordinates), coordinates correspond to appropriate position.

Yes, that's right.
You could use G10 to reset the G54 coordinates, but most users don't want to.
Keeping the G54 (55, 56...) coordinate system offsets means that you can shut off the machine, then re-home and continue the same job.
