Error log not showing up was created by johns00056
Previously, if i made a spelling or syntax error in the ini file, linux cnc would fail to start and show the error log with debugging information.
Now - if linux cnc fails to start, it just sits there with no error messages .
How do I get the messages back?
I am running 2.7 on debian 9 stretch.
I have the below lines in my ini file.
# Debug level, 0 means no messages. See src/emc/nml_int/emcglb.h for others
DEBUG = 0x00000003
DEBUG = 0x00000007
#DEBUG = 0

It should print the error on the console if you start LinuxCNC from a terminal
