Set static IP address for mesa 7i96s

Hi.
I have a Mesa 7i96s and I need to set a static IP address to 10.10.10.100
I can't seem to find any clear instructions on how to do it
I am using Linuxcnc 2.8.2
I am learning Linux, but I have a long way to go. any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Also do step #17 before that : sudo apt install geany  (the grub-customizer portion of that line is not needed for that)
If you don't already have geany installed, (Which will throw an error on the first line of step #25)

 

Actually, After this post, I was worried I missed a step so I went back and watche dmy own video which covers this pretty well!

Most of them are installed on our ISOs and IMGs on the downloads page. If you use another install method, you need to install them.
