Frist, I want to thank everyone on this forum for the all the help I have gotten to help me get started with Linuxcnc.
I got the machine running and cut so test parts and everything was fine, so I set up to cut my first parts on the machine and now everything I load to Linuxcnc  it rounds the corners. I was using G64 P0.001 and was working. But when I loaded the inlay Gcode It rounded the corners and everything else I put in. I have tried G64, G64P0.001, G64 P0.001, G61, G61.1, G90, and get the same results. I have no idea what happend.
I can't use it if I can't fix this.
Here are some pictures and the Gcode.
Hope someone can help with this It has been a very long road for me with this project.
Thanks

What are you using to output gcode?
Check that, the rounding is in gcode, so not LinuxCNC issue.

... the rounding is in gcode ...

This ^^^

Tommy is 100% right: It is the g-code.  Just put your file here to see: ncviewer.com/

Did you actually see the rounded corners in the final "cut" material?

This looks a lot like ordinary "pivot around the corner" that most g-code generators use.

It looks rounded, but the end result will be perfectly square corners.
