Why my Preview shows Negative coordinate?

I strongly believe it was the Gcode intermittent problem from Fusion 360 for the following reasons:

1. Old Gcode files seem no issue with the coordinate.
2. Removing the Bore operation from Fusion 360 seems to remove the negative coordinate. (but I like bore operation because of my limited end mill ).

Unless you think otherwise. As always, I appreciate LinuxCNC Forum and all your help. 

Finally, I figured out the issue. I changed the post process in Fusion 360 from LinuxCNC EMC to EMC2 ;and the issue resolved. I hope this will help others from pulling their hair.
