I did fresh install again to verify and installing irqbalance was the thing that made all the difference.
I will post details as you asked.

OK, I was little overreacting.
How does this makes sense?
servo-thread tmax is 128615, but even though I get error:Unexpected realtime delay on task0 with period 125000This Messagewill only display once persession.Run the Latency Test andresolve before continuing.p, li { white-space: pre-wrap; }

Latency is only one part, you also need to look at network latency. Look here:

Servo period "must" be 1000000 (1 million), changing it changes a lot of other stuff like PID values.

Unexpected realtime latency are very rare after some doing some more testing

I'm running EtherCAT so I'm not sure network latency could be an issue here.Latency is only one part, you also need to look at network latency. Look here:

But I am trying to run 8kHz thread to match with my Delta B3 EtherCAT cycle time.Servo period "must" be 1000000 (1 million), changing it changes a lot of other stuff like PID values.

Ah, Ethercat. Have you seen this (says in the comments that he has not been able to run 8kHz with the newer 6.xx kernel):
