I think I figured out how to do what I want to do, and that's using an or2 function. I want to be able to activate the drawbar both by software and by physical button. I have or2.0.in0 set to the software signal, and or2.0.in1 set to the physical button's signal. or2.0.out is set to the drawbar's output pin. In Halshow, I can see or2.0.in1 turning on when I apply voltage to the button input, but or2.0.out doesn't change state. See pic. Also attached is my custom.hal file.
