I know basically nothing about code. The program will not start. I don't know where else to look for help. Not that you care and not to be dramatic, but my father is recovering from a bad car crash and I need to keep the business going.Print file information:RUN_IN_PLACE=noLINUXCNC_DIR=LINUXCNC_BIN_DIR=/usr/binLINUXCNC_TCL_DIR=/usr/lib/tcltk/linuxcncLINUXCNC_SCRIPT_DIR=LINUXCNC_RTLIB_DIR=/usr/realtime-3.4-9-rtai-686-pae/modules/linuxcncLINUXCNC_CONFIG_DIR=LINUXCNC_LANG_DIR=/usr/share/linuxcnc/tcl/msgsINIVAR=inivarHALCMD=halcmdLINUXCNC_EMCSH=/usr/bin/wish8.5LINUXCNC - 2.7.0Machine configuration directory is '/home/router/linuxcnc/configs/RMM0705HZ'Machine configuration file is 'RMM0705HZ.ini'INIFILE=/home/router/linuxcnc/configs/RMM0705HZ/RMM0705HZ.iniPARAMETER_FILE=linuxcnc.varTASK=milltaskHALUI=haluiDISPLAY=axisStarting LinuxCNC...Starting LinuxCNC server program: linuxcncsvrLoading Real Time OS, RTAPI, and HAL_LIB modulesStarting LinuxCNC IO program: ioStarting HAL User Interface program: haluiFound file(REL): ./RMM0705HZ.halShutting down and cleaning up LinuxCNC...Running HAL shutdown scriptKilling task linuxcncsvr, PID=4735Removing HAL_LIB, RTAPI, and Real Time OS modulesRemoving NML shared memory segments Debug file information:./RMM0705HZ.hal:30: Pin 'hm2_5i25.0.7i76.0.0.input-00' does not exist4735  PID TTY      STAT   TIME COMMANDStopping realtime threadsUnloading hal components

From your error log
Code:
RMM0705HZ.hal:30: Pin 'hm2_5i25.0.7i76.0.0.input-00' does not exist
Does the 7i76 have field power connected?

Were any changes made in the machine?

If you have both Yellow LEDs illuminated, that means power is probably OK

Other possible issues:

1. Cabling from the 5I25/6I25 to the 7I76

2. 7I76 Field voltage too low (check with a voltmeter)

3.  Jumpering changed? (correct = 7I76 W1 and W3 LEFT)

4. Bad 5I25/6I25 or wrong firmware (again was anything changed?)

5. Bad 7I76

There were some electric issues due to an electric storm.

Thanks for the reply.
