Hallo zusammen,
bin der neue hier ;-)
Hätte da mal ein Problem. Habe mir das Handrad "xhc-whb04b-6" gekauft und nach dem Video von Talla83 eingerichtet aber ich bekomme es nicht zum laufen bzw. startet LinuxCNC nicht mehr.

Anbei mal der FehlerCode.Vll hat jemand eine Idee.

Hi toto,

in der 5.letzten Zeile der TXT steht das hier:

./handrad.hal:15: Pin 'halui.machine.is-on' was already linked to signal 'machine-is-on'

Hast Du das Signal schon irgendwo gemappt bevor das Handrad angeschlossen war?
Ich kenne mich allerdings auch nicht aus, lediglich die Meldung ist ins Auge gestochen.

Hi, da liegt ja mein Problem. Das ist die Fehlermeldung die kommt.
Die Schritte habe ich alle wie in der Videoanleitung von Talla83 durchgeführt.
Bin kein Programmierer um zu wissen was da alles im Hintergrund passiert bzw. wo der Fehler liegt. Deswegen hoffe ich auf Hilfe von hier. :-)

Öffne mal alle ".hal" Dateien in deinem Maschinenordner und suche darin nach "machine-is-on". Da es nicht in der "handrad.hal" doppelt drin ist, muss es in einer der anderen Dateien sein.

ah in deinem Video habe ich diese time.hal Dateien gesehen und mir noch gedacht die habe ich nicht.

Wenn du Probe Basic nicht nutzt, hast du die auch nicht.
Die wird verwendet um bei Probe Basic anzuzeigen wie viel Zeit für den letzten/aktuellen Fräsprozess gebraucht wurde.

"halui.machine.is-on" ist der Ausgang. Somit ist "whb.halui.machine.is-on" der Eingang.
Entferne "halui.machine.is-on" aus der Zeile in der "handrad.hal" und es sollte starten.

ok. hab ich gemacht. kamen noch weitere Fehler. habe ich auch erstmal entfernt. Zumindest startet jetzt mal LinuxCNC.
Nachher schau ich mal Vor-Ort ob das Handrad was tut.

Sooo.
Ich war eben Vor-Ort.
HAL Anzeige an und ausprobiert.
Druckknöpfe und kleine Drehknöpfe schalten aber das grosse Rad zuckt sich nicht.
