I'm a rookie in this field, and I'm trying to write some interface about linuxcnc recently. How can I add the acceleration of jog axis?

Jogging typically uses the max acceleration of the axis.

You can reduce acceleration during jogging by changing the value of the axis.L.jog-accel-fraction HAL pin.
