Error with move axis, with gladevcp panel

Error with move axis, with gladevcp panel was created by kang2k
I create simple gladevcp panel.
While cursor mouse, located on main window. All axis move from key
If cursor located on gladevcp panel, axis from key no move.
How fix this ?
