TOOL_CHANGE_QUILL_UP = 1 with absolute encoders was created by terkaa
Hi,
I was trying to use TOOL_CHANGE_QUILL_UP = 1 option. But I get an error about position that would go over limits. I have HOME_ABSOLUTE_ENCODER = 2 set in INI. I tried setting HOME = -80 but behaviour was same. Limits are: MAX = -70 MIN=-420. Solved this by adding G0 G53 Z -80 before M6 in gcode. Version is 2.8.0 pre1

What are the axis limits set to? How close to that limit does it let you jog?

Limits are MAX = -70 MIN = -420. I can jog to -71. And TOOL_CHANGE_POSITION = -500 400 -80 and it works
