G43 Hn Causes Program exceeds machine maximum on Z

It works fine with the Run anyway button. 

It seems the code that checks the machine max/min isn't looking at G43 H (and thus the tool table)? 

I saw other posts about this but not something with the G43 issue..

Seems sort of like a bug?
