Upgrade to 2.7.14 from 2.7.0

Has anyone done this? does it work? what does it require in terms of config file changes?

below 2.8 all files are the same from 2.5 upwards
so no risk
see the advice on how to edit depencies to update

Good advice is to use Synaptic to see first hat is gone be installed and not just install
make a backup of your config folder
and the ngc files inside nx_folder
